Finnegan embodies the very essence of uplifting encouragement. His cheers are filled with inspiration and positive motivation. With an innate ability to see the untapped potential in others, he fosters a spirit of perseverance, urging those around him to push their boundaries and strive for success.
Mechanic: When Finnegan uses his action to Rally his comrades, he can give all affected allies a boost of energy. This boost grants them temporary hit points equal to 1d4 plus his Charisma modifier, on top of the other Rally bonuses. He can use this ability once per trial/event. This ability does not bypass death saving throws.
Adorkable Klutz [Weakness]
Finnegan isn’t exactly what you’d call nimble-fingered—after all, he’s missing his front legs, which certainly puts a unique spin on the concept of dexterity. As he moves, he resembles a clumsy acrobat, teetering and wobbling with every cautious step. He tries, bless him, but there’s only so much he can do without all his legs.
